Our products are food and beverage products. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information, allergen information and product labels before consumption. If you have food allergies, dietary restrictions or medical concerns, please review the product information carefully before purchasing or consuming the product.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. GAUL reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion.
Your order is only accepted once we confirm acceptance and payment has been successfully processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or amendment requests after an order has been accepted or processed.
If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return, refund or replacement only in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include shipping, handling or other applicable charges. GAUL is not GST-registered and does not currently charge GST.
We may offer promotions from time to time. Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms of Service, the promotional terms will apply to that specific promotion.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within Singapore only, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, delivery partners, incorrect shipping information provided by customers, peak periods, weather conditions, customs processing where applicable, or events outside our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the delivery provider, delivery timing is subject to the provider’s operations. If there are issues with delivery, customers may contact us at info@gaul.sg and we will assist where reasonably possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete. GAUL is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND FOOD SAFETY
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, opened food and beverage products cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds or replacements may be offered only for damaged, defective, wrong or missing items, subject to our review. Customers must contact us at info@gaul.sg within 7 days of receiving the order and provide the order number, photos and relevant details of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our website, products, brand names, logos, designs, text, images, graphics, videos, product content and other materials are owned by GAUL PTE. LTD. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from our website without our prior written consent.
GAUL’s names, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks or brand assets of GAUL PTE. LTD. You must not use them without our prior written permission.

GAUL is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services. However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with GAUL PTE. LTD.
By using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and GAUL, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products or services.
